Home Requirements
Listed below are the requirements that you will need to meet in order to rent one of our Homes:
- Your total gross monthly income must be at least 4 times the monthly rental amount. Income is based on one individual only, unless you are a married couple.
- If you are employed, you must be on the job for a minimum of at least 3 months.
- You must have a previous or current landlord reference. You may not include friends or relatives as a landlord reference.
- We do not allow pets.
