Apartment Requirements
Listed below are the requirements that you will need to meet in order to rent one of our apartments:
- Your total monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount.
- If you are employed, you must be on the job for at least a minimum of 3 months.
- You must have a previous or current landlord reference. You may not include friends or relatives as landlord references.
- We do not allow pets.
